Kei Kobayashi

A nature-rich childhood in the Nagano Prefecture paved the way for Kobayashi to follow in his father’s footsteps as a chef. France called from an early age, with trainings in top kitchens under Gilles Goujon and Alain Ducasse — before opening his triple Michelin-starred Restaurant KEI in Paris in 2011. He is widely celebrated for his sensitive mastery of aesthetics, techniques, and flavors.

Celebrate the release of the film Grand Maison Paris, in which chef Kei Kobayashi was in charge of food supervision, a limited-time menu inspired by the movie’s culinary creations will be available at Héritage by Kei Kobayashi from January 16, 2025.

Experience four exquisite dishes that bring the film’s world to life: Granité Shiso, Lobster fume, Amadai with Crispy Scales, and Tarte Chocolate. These will be featured as part of the "Héritage" course menu.
